Quartzline Cementitious DCS is a mechanically manufactured ready-for-use cement-based mortar for traditional floor screeding. Cementitious DCS complies with the NEN-EN 13813 standard for floor mortar and floor screeds. It can be applied with layer thicknesses from 30mm. Strength class CT-C12-F2.
This mortar is suited for traditional application of floor screeds in residential and non-residential buildings that will be subjected to normal loads. This sand cement can be used to screed sloped floors.
System explanation
The primer for floors, such as cement screeds, anhydrite floors, cement-bound screeds, gypsum screeds, must penetrate deep into the substrate. Do this by diluting the Primer Universal with water in the mixing ratio 1 part primer with 3 parts water. For a closed substrate such as a tiled floor, start directly with Primer Universal without diluting.
It is essential to apply sufficient primer. This prevents cracks and too fast drying of the levelling mortar.
